Are you an experienced Piling Rig Operator looking for stable, long-term work?
We are recruiting experienced operators to join a leading civil contractor working on major infrastructure, structural, marine and stormwater projects across Auckland.
You’ll be working on large-scale projects involving bridges, wharves, walkways, retaining structures and other essential civil infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating piling rigs and associated equipment
- Bored and fixed-mast piling
- CFA piling and ground improvement
- Piled foundations
- Retaining structures
- Diaphragm wall and technical piling work
- Working safely around active civil construction sites
- Assisting with general civil work when required

What You Need
- Proven experience operating piling rigs
- WTR endorsement
- Class 2 licence preferred/required for some projects
- Experience with rotary, hydraulic, pile driver, crane-mounted and CFA equipment
- Experience with bored piling, fixed-mast piling and ground improvement
- Strong understanding of site safety
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Willingness to assist with civil labouring duties when required
