What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be right in the action—running extrusion lines, fine-tuning processes, and making sure top-quality ducting products roll out the door. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and technical know-how really matter.
- Operating and adjusting plastic extrusion machinery like a pro
- Setting up lines - start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers
- Manufacturing products to specification
- Keeping an eye on quality with measurements and visual checks
- Troubleshooting issues
- Performing basic maintenance and keeping things moving
- Tracking production data and process tweaks
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in manufacturing - plastics/extrusion experience an advantage
- A solid grasp of how machines and processes work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good mechanical instincts and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- Reliability—especially during long shifts
- Team spirit and a willingness to learn
