We are looking for Concrete Precast Worker/ Concrete Finisher who will be hands-on with all aspects of concreting — steel tying, stripping moulds, pouring, trowelling, patching, and ensuring every panel meets a high standard. Located in the Hawkes Bay. Our client is a well-known company in the Hawkes Bay doing pre-cast. Very supportive and great working environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Steel tying and fixing, pouring, screeding, trowelling, and patching
- Stripping and preparing moulds and formwork
- Finishing and smoothing precast concrete panels and products
- Quality checks and ensuring finishes meet required standards
- Working efficiently within a production team
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in precast or concrete finishing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to use hand tools, trowels, grinders, and finishing equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work safely and as part of a team
