We are working with an established Auckland-based civil and infrastructure consultancy to source a Project Manager – Civil on a contract basis, with genuine potential for longer-term engagement or a future permanent position.
This is a flexible opportunity suited to a capable Project Manager operating at a level built through the delivery of civil infrastructure projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases. Project exposure includes subdivision developments, public infrastructure, and complex urban environments, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Benefits
· $40–60 per hour + GST, with scope to exceed this for senior-level capability
· Contract role with flexibility (minimum 25 hours per week)
· Hybrid working available, with some remote work supported

About You
You will be operating at a level equal to experience built through the delivery of civil infrastructure projects and will bring:
· End-to-end civil project delivery experience
· Subdivision or land development project exposure
· Strong programme and budget management capability
· Confident stakeholder and contractor engagement
· Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
