This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex project dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project teams, including engineers and sub-contractors.
- Understand local authority construction standards
- Full cost management including budgeting, cost control and forecasting
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder engagement and working closely with the client
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with self-delivery with roading infrastructure projects
