The Position
The Project Manager is the is responsible for driving a project through the project lifecycle. This includes all stages of the project such as initiation and scope of works, planning and scheduling, budget estimation, risk mitigation, execution, monitoring, completion and close out. The Project Manager manages engagement with all project stakeholders and ensures projects are completed within budget and on time.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in commercial and retail interior fit-out and shopfitting projects gained in New Zealand
- Strong capability in planning, estimating, and reading & interpreting architectural/detailed designs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Project and Office proficiency
- Qualifications in Project Management or Construction preferred
