The Position
You will oversee the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction planning through to delivery and handover. Leading a capable site and contract team, you’ll manage programme, cost, and client relationships to ensure every stage reflects the company’s commitment to quality and performance. Projects range across commercial, civic, and heritage developments, offering variety and challenge to an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects in New Zealand.
Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and cost control processes.
Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Leadership capability to drive performance, culture, and accountability within project teams.
Degree or trade background relevant to construction preferred.
