Project Manager – Vertical Site Construction

About the Role
In this role, you will take full ownership of construction projects from planning through to completion. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Working in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment, you’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders internal and external, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to complex builds while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards
About You
- Proven experience (10+ years) in NZ construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of NZ building regulations, compliance, and H&S
- Familiarity with consenting and local authority processes
- Relevant building qualification!!!!!
