The Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects. You will have full accountability for financial performance, programme delivery, safety, quality, and team leadership, overseeing projects from planning through to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role, guiding site teams, coordinating subcontractors, managing contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, project planning, and driving performance across all aspects of delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
· Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
· Proven Project Management experience delivering civil construction projects
· Strong commercial capability including budgeting, cost reporting, forecasting, and claims
· Solid understanding of contracts, specifications, and construction methodologies
· Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and the full project supply chain
· Strong programming and planning skills, including look-ahead scheduling
· Leadership experience building and motivating high-performing site teams
· Sound knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality systems
· Confident communicator able to build strong internal and external relationships
