The Position
We’re looking for a capable Project Manager to take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, leading the team, co-ordinating subcontractors, and keeping delivery on track. This role is all about making things happen, balancing programme, people, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Experience of working on projects in the $40m+ range is essential. The scale of their projects means they need someone who can deliver above this level.
You’ll be the person who keeps the project humming, the detail tight, and the team aligned. From workforce planning and weekly site meetings to managing deliverables and responding to programme issues, you’ll have real influence over how the job lands.
Skills and Experience required
· Proven project management experience in commercial construction of $40m+ project values
· Relevant qualifications and strong construction knowledge
· Confident decision-making and solid leadership capability
· Strong programming and financial management experience
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· A positive, collaborative mindset with a genuine people-first approach
· Experience leading teams and contributing to a strong culture
