Are you an experienced Project Manager
with strong relationships and sound knowledge to deliver Structural works
across a range of civil construction projects.
This role is suited to someone with a strong technical understanding of structural construction methodologies, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast systems, seismic strengthening, and temporary works coordination.
You’ll be leading works across bridges, retaining walls, concrete structures, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades, with the backing of a well-established team and strong project pipeline.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex project dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project teams, including engineers and sub-contractors.
- Understand local authority construction standards
- Full cost management including budgeting, cost control and forecasting
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder engagement and working closely with the client
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with self-delivery with large infrastructure projects
