What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the go-to person for candidates, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Keep things running smoothly with high-level admin and CRM management
  • Support consultants by sourcing, screening, and placing top talent
  • Ensure compliance and documentation is handled with precision and care
  • Get involved in industry events, site visits, and team activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and always up for a chat
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven role
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail (this is key!)
  • Driven, proactive, and excited to build a career in recruitment
  • Construction or building knowledge is a bonus
  • Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence is essential
