What you’ll be doing:
- Be the go-to person for candidates, building strong, lasting relationships
- Keep things running smoothly with high-level admin and CRM management
- Support consultants by sourcing, screening, and placing top talent
- Ensure compliance and documentation is handled with precision and care
- Get involved in industry events, site visits, and team activities
What we’re looking for:
- Outgoing, energetic, and always up for a chat
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven role
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail (this is key!)
- Driven, proactive, and excited to build a career in recruitment
- Construction or building knowledge is a bonus
- Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence is essential
