What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ recruitment experience (preferably within a white-collar or technical sector)
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
  • A consultative sales style and a passion for connecting great people with great businesses
  • A growth mindset; coachable, collaborative, and driven by outcomes
  • A genuine desire to contribute to clients’, candidates’, and colleagues’ success
