Our client has a large pipeline of work through existing relationships with developers. Projects include working on residential, light commercial, and roof repairing projects across Auckland. The position
You will be their Roofing Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on residential and commercial roofing projects. You'll ensure high-quality workmanship, manage timelines and materials, make workflow and process decisions, and lead a crew of roofers on projects. Main duties will include managing all on site materials, labour & staff, deadlines, as well as liaising with clients and contractors.
Candidates must be able to measure up roofing projects from drawings and on-site.
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years experience in roofing, practical hands-on experience on the tools
• LBP required
• Leadership, supervisory experience
• Operational and project planning skills
• Strong knowledge of NZ building codes and health & safety
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Full NZ driver’s licence (required)
