The Position

We’re searching for a qualified Scaffolder who knows their craft and takes pride in doing things right. If you enjoy working at height, solving problems on-site, and being part of a crew that relies on your expertise, this is your chance to join a company where your skills are respected and your future is supported.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Constructing and dismantling scaffolding that keeps projects on track.
  • Inspecting gear and verifying compliance with strict safety standards.
  • Collaborating closely with construction teams throughout Auckland.
  • Identifying potential risks early and developing effective solutions on-site.
  • Maintaining precise records of your work. Mentoring and assisting junior team members.

  • SARNZ Elementary Scaffolding Certificate (current)
  • Strong knowledge of NZ scaffolding regulations and safety practices
  • A sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit crew

  • Commitment to health & safety, no shortcuts
  • NZ Residency and fluent English
  • Class 2 NZ Driver’s License (preferred)
