Senior Project Manager Client Side (Developer)

We are partnering with an established property development business to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major development projects.
This is a client-side role working directly for the developer, providing full ownership of projects through delivery. You will have the autonomy to run projects from early planning through to completion while coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
The organisation has a strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors, offering exposure to diverse and technically interesting developments. Projects currently include; large format retail developments, healthcare facilities, data centres and large-scale residential subdivisions.
This position will suit a delivery-focused construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving them through construction to successful completion.

- Salary package in the range of $150,000 $200,000 depending on capability and experience

Desired Experience
- Experience operating in autonomous Senior Project Manager role for a Developer entity
- Demonstrated ability delivering projects through construction and completion phases
- Strong stakeholder management with consultants, contractors and authorities
- Capability to manage programme, cost and project risk while driving successful delivery
