We are working with a highly respected, well-established project management consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager within their delivery team. The business is engaged across large-scale residential developments and complex education projects and is trusted by repeat clients for the delivery of technically challenging programmes.
This opportunity will suit a senior-level Project Manager who is not only confident leading complex projects, but who also has a genuine interest in managing, mentoring and developing more junior Project Managers. You will play a key role in lifting internal capability while continuing to deliver major projects end-to-end.
The Opportunity
- Lead the delivery of large-scale residential and education developments from feasibility through to completion
- Act as the primary client interface, providing strategic, programme and commercial advice
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to junior and intermediate Project Managers
- Oversee consultant teams, procurement strategies, programme and cost management
- Contribute to the ongoing development of project management systems and team capability
What’s on offer
- Senior salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 depending on capability

- Desired experience
- Operating at a level equivalent to that built through extensive experience delivering complex projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Proven delivery of large-scale residential and/or education projects
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in mentoring and developing junior PM staff
- High level of commercial awareness and contract administration capability
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
