The Role
Youll play an important role in underground ground support through the safe and efficient application of shotcrete across development and rehabilitation activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating underground shotcrete equipment
- Applying shotcrete to required QA/QC standards
- Maintaining shotcrete equipment and completing end-of-shift cleaning
- Monitoring accelerator and shotcrete feed systems
- Completing inspections and operational documentation
- Working closely with Supervisors and Technical Services teams
- Maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards
About You
- You will ideally have:
- 2+ years underground mining experience
- Experience operating shotcrete equipment or related underground machinery
- Experience in tunnelling, hard rock mining or production environments
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver Licence
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively within a close-knit underground team
