Site Manager with proven expertise in leading high-value commercial construction sites sought for a Palmerston North based project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities required to deliver a large-scale commercial building.
Skills / Expertise required:
- Construction trade.
- Main Contractor experience!!!
- Proven ability in managing multiple Subcontractors.
- Ability to programme using MS Project
- Construction qualification, ideally an LBP.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead a zero-harm safety culture on your site.
- Ensure the site safety documentation is managed in accordance with Company standards.
- Effectively manage Subcontractors.
- Ensure all site documentation is up to date.
- Solve problems and keep the Project Manager up to date on project progress.
- Manage the construction programme.
- Manage RFI's.
Although ideally suited to someone currently in the Manawatū Region, our Client is prepared to support someone relocating to the region.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work and currently residing in New Zealand with local experience.
