About the role
Do you enjoy delivering projects and driving teams? Are you a highly experienced Civil Contracting professional with knowledge of a wide range of civil works including foundations, precast/ concrete and general civils? Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure powering kiwi homes?

The role is responsible to direct site activities, allocate staff, allocate resources, driving a strong and safety culture, coordinate site survey, liaise with the Management on programming, and ensure the jobs are delivered safely and on time.
About you
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in the civils industry specialising in Power, structures, concrete, precast and other general civil works
- Driving strong H&S culture on the ground
- Running the daily pre starts
- Ordering materials as and when needed
- Liaising with any sub-contractors
- Developing site staff and driving progress
- You enjoy working within a team and being a leader
